Background: High cholesterol is a major public health problem in developing countries especially the United States, high leads to fatty deposits blood vessels. Eventually, these grow, making it difficult for enough flow through arteries. Those can break suddenly and form clot that cause heart attack or stroke. Aim: The present study aim reduce level among obese women, community area at Atthivakkam.Methodology: was pre experimental one group post test design 30 women by using purposive sampling technique samples were gathered demographic data assessed, Weight measured weighing machine, BMI calculated, triglycerides low density lipo-protein levels assessed test.Result: Among mean score of (132.05) higher than (269.47). In low-density lipo protein (92.3076) (128.846). Conclusion: proves turmeric black cumin seed highly effective reducing women.
